FlexEat Terms of Service

Welcome to FlexEat ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlexEat application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and FlexEat. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

3. Subscription Terms

FlexEat offers in-app subscriptions that provide access to premium features:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly). Payment is processed via your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
• Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled by the app store provider. We do not have access to your billing details.

4. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

FlexEat provides dietary and environmental insights for informational purposes only.

The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by FlexEat. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the App lawfully
• Not attempt to disrupt or exploit the App

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Circumvent subscription or payment systems

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexEat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Germany.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
